Chicken Curry.
1 can of chopped tomatoes
3 tomatoes (quartered)
3 chicken fillets
1 small onion
0.5 tsp chilli-powder
1.5 cumin
tomato chutney
tomato purée
salt
garlic paste
2 tsb olive oil
….Fry the spices in the oil then add the chicken and onion. Once the chicken is fully cooked and coated in the spices, add the can of tomato, purées and chutney. Add salt to taste.
